Patient Reported Outcomes Cross Agency Campaign

I helped create a cross-agency Patient Reported Outcomes toolkit used by the DoD, DHS, HHS, and VA to improve the quality of care for Veterans. The toolkit included an interactive slide deck, flyers for medical professionals and patients, postcards for Veterans, and social media posts to raise awareness of the initiative. These resources provided a clear, user-friendly framework for collecting patient feedback during and after care, supporting more consistent data gathering and enabling more responsive, patient-centered care across agencies.
