Mental Health Staffing Cross Agency Campaign

I designed a multi-agency recruitment campaign for the VA, DoD, DHS, and HHS aimed at inspiring high school and early college students to pursue careers in mental and behavioral health within federal service. The project focused on making government career paths feel accessible and achievable for younger audiences, resulting in three strategic deliverables: a conversation guide to help agency staff engage students meaningfully, a bold recruitment poster for events and classrooms, and a concise takeaway handout that mapped the full journey from early high-school coursework to careers in government mental health roles. Together, these materials provided a unified, youth-friendly framework to support long-term workforce development across all four agencies.
