Patient Reported Outcomes Cross-Agency Campaign

I led the design of the Patient Reported Outcomes Cross-Agency Campaign, a comprehensive resource adopted by multiple federal agencies, including the VA, DoD, DHS, and HHS. This campaign aimed to increase awareness and adoption of Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) to improve healthcare experiences for Veterans.

To support this mission, I developed a cohesive suite of materials, including a slide deck/toolkit, social media posts, digital signage, postcards, and flyers. Each piece was strategically designed to ensure clarity, engagement, and accessibility, making it easy for agencies to share and implement. The campaign successfully amplified the importance of PROs in shaping patient-centered care, reinforcing the value of Veteran voices in their own healthcare journeys.
