I designed the Mental Health Staffing Pathways Cross-Agency Campaign to support the recruitment of mental health professionals across the VA, DoD, DHS, and HHS. This initiative aimed to address the critical need for qualified professionals in the government sector, ensuring better mental health support for Veterans and service members.
